The worn flooring was carefully removed so the new installation could begin on a clean, properly prepared surface.

New 3/4-inch red oak was installed board by board, creating a continuous natural rhythm through the living space.

The deck and stairs were sanded back, prepared for exterior exposure, and finished with Cabot exterior wood stain in Gold to revive the grain and protect the surface.

This #1 common red oak floor was sanded back, carefully buffed, and sealed with Bona AmberSeal to bring out the wood's warm, natural character.
